Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our white-glove support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the mattress or frame is in its original condition; our team will coordinate a specialized freight pickup for your oversized items.

  Inspection Process

  Once the items arrive at our facility, our quality assurance team will inspect the product to verify its condition for refund processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and freight fees, within 7-10 business days.
